Complete your file
Provide your application information, driver license photos, and required agreement and verification steps.
Review and pay
After approval, pay the initial fee and first week together in one checkout. Future weekly payments follow your signed authorization.
Arrange your pickup
Choose pickup in your account and provide insurance proof or ask the office for help. Staff must verify active coverage before vehicle release.

Customer-provided insuranceActive full coverage for the assigned vehicle and VIN must be verified before release. Review the required owner and loss-payee details with the office and insurer.
Thirty-day minimum commitmentAfter the initial period, the rental continues week to week under the signed agreement. Optional purchase eligibility begins after 19 months of consecutive rental in good standing.

A few things to know.
Does applying reserve a car or charge me?
No. Applying, uploading documents, signing, and saving a card do not hold the vehicle. A required payment must be successfully verified. Review the vehicle-specific amounts and signed agreement before paying.
What if I need help with insurance?
You can request help during setup and message the office. Pickup arrangements do not authorize vehicle release: staff must first verify the active coverage required by your agreement for the assigned vehicle and VIN.
Is this a rental or an automatic purchase?
This is a long-term vehicle rental with a thirty-day minimum commitment. The agreement describes optional purchase eligibility after 19 consecutive months in good standing. Review your exact agreement and terms before signing.
How do I choose a pickup time?
Your account guides you through pickup after the required setup steps. Available times and any special requests need office confirmation. Contact the office if you need help arranging pickup.
